HST Parabolic springsPoly urethane interleaf blocs |

After long testing we found the best design of inter leaf blocs. The bloc is basically a square piece of 7 mm thick poly urethane with a small button at the underside. This button falls into a small oval hole, which is punched into the underlying leaf, at a location where the internal stresses are at a minimum. In this way the poly bloc is kept into place at all times. Even extreme endurance off road driving, like overland trips to South Africa, will not push out or wear off the bloc. We know this is the best way of preventing steel to steel contact / reducing the internal (interleaf-)friction of the spring it self.
